Different Types
of Reward Credit Cards
Reward Credit Card - This
type of credit card often come with a
unique reward system. What usually happens
is that points are incurred in every purchase
and you can exchanged them either for
products or services once you meet the
required number of points for whatever
it is that you wish to have. Reward credit
cards are a great way of motivating people
to spend for things using their credit
card and usually, banks also slash off
a good percent of interest rates for customers
who are able to keep up with their expenses.
Cash-back Credit Card -
This type of credit card operates just
the same as the one previously mentioned.
On the other hand, instead of products
and services this particular type of credit
card offers its customers with the ability
to get rewards in the form of cash or
rebates. For every use of your credit
card, you get discounts off the original
price of the product so you save up on
the costs.
Business Credit Cards -
This type of credit card is often issued
on employees. It also usually has a big
limit because corporate executives are
the ones who use this for client meetings
and even traveling for business. However,
business credit cards do not carry the
name of the individual but are being registered
under the name of the business itself.
This particular credit card also comes
equipped with various perks which professionals
will definitely get to use.
Mileage Credit Card - This
type of credit card is recommended for
frequent travelers. What happens is that
customers get air mileage every time they
use their card to purchase tickets or
make accommodations. As they make the
purchases, mileage points are being given
in return. These mileage points can be
redeemed in exchange for free trips to
specified destinations. In a way, it is
like earning a virtual fuel so you can
keep on jet-setting from one place to
another. Aside from free trips, perks
can also include free accommodations and
even car rentals. More often than not,
mileage credit cards are also being used
alongside business credit cards. Some
banks even go as far as combining the
two functions in one professional's credit
card. |
